The training agenda is also quite "full"! The Operations Department conducts training and explanation on insurance claims, risk control, supplier management, and business product packages; the Administrative Personnel and Finance Department conducts training and arranges on-site assessments on legal terms, work practice standards, and financial knowledge.

This time the company arranged for the financial staff of the branch to train at the Shanghai headquarters. After training, I gained a lot. In general, there are the following points:
1. through training, improve the understanding of the financial work
As an enterprise finance, not only to do transactional finance, daily finance, accounting finance, reporting finance, more importantly, to be able to become strategic finance, decision-making finance, management finance, operating finance. Financial personnel are not only immersed in doing practical things, but more importantly, they should look up at big things. According to the specific situation of the company, finance should not only calculate and do a good job in accounting, but also strengthen communication and cooperation with various departments. For example, the "Customer Contract Review" that Director Wang trained for us this time requires the active cooperation of many departments to sign the contract, which is closely related to the administrative and personnel department, the operation department and other departments, and the finance department. With a number of departments to actively consult, cooperate for the development of enterprises, put forward reasonable suggestions to help enterprises take off.
2. through training, expand knowledge
Through Director Wang's explanation of "break-even point" and let's do the corresponding exercises.
